30-day returns

If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email info@voleracollective.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
